The goal of this independent documentary film is to provide an accurate depiction of the American diet and how that affects the general health and nutrition of its citizens. The films focus is to educate the American people of the obscene dangers and complex health risks involved in consuming hydrogenated oils. We will present scientific evidence to illustrate how poisonous these oils truly are and eliminate any doubt of these dangers.

This documentary will examine the economical implications and tremendous burden of the medical expenses incurred due to the diseases that are directly associated with consuming hydrogenated oils. These diseases include but are not limited to: heart disease, obesity, diabetes, and cancer

The film will also address the relationship between the food, drug and healthcare corporations and discuss how the government and label laws are involved in this crisis. Finally, we will take a look at the American culture, their awareness of these issues, and present solutions that can be implemented to correct the public health crisis.
